The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps away from Times Square and Broadway. I found my room to be clean and spacious, although it definitely showed signs of aging. The service from staff was fantastic, but I encountered some inconsistencies with room upkeep. Dining options were available, but not very exciting. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but it felt a bit outdated, and there are definitely areas for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square, which allowed for easy access to Broadway shows and other attractions. My room was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the windows detracted from the overall experience. Although the staff was generally accommodating, I faced some concerns regarding security and customer service during my stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, but a couple of issues left me wanting more.
